The last FP7 calls for proposals have been published recently with the highest amount of allocated budget ever (more than 8 billion EUR). FP7 is about to end soon, but there are still a lot to do with projects under negotiation or implementation. Horizon 2020 rules are to be finalised soon. It's clear that the needs and the expectations are different regarding FP7 depending on which stage your project is and the level of your involvement with it: as project manager, project partner, researcher, administrator or auditor.
